Scientific Biography:
Dr. Davood Hermidas Bavand entered the University of Washington, DC in 1958 after completing his propaedeutic in Iran, and pursued a doctorate in law and international relations at the same university. For some time he taught the law of the sea to the students of Rob Island University. After that, in 1966, at the invitation of the Iranian government, he returned to his homeland and served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Shortly thereafter, he represented Iran in 1968 on behalf of the Political-Security Commission of the United Nations General Assembly, and from that date until 1973, he attended the Commission for the Peaceful Use of Outer Space, the Commission for the Definition of Rape, and the Extraordinary Disarmament Summit. After completing his mission in the United Nations in these jobs, Dr. Bavand rejoined the United Nations in 1975, and from then until 1979 and after the 1996 revolution in Iran, he served as chairman of the General Assembly Legal Commission. The head of the International Convention for the Suppression of Hostage-taking also served. He taught international law at Iranian universities for his doctorate and master's degree, and is currently a member of the editorial board of the International Research Quarterly.

Scientific Biography:
Dr. Hossein Farahi; PhD in International Law from Allameh Tabatabai University in Tehran and Strasbourg, France; He is a senior diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He has been the Deputy Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Austria and the countries of Slovakia and Slovenia (Accreditation); US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State; the Deputy Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Greece. He is a member of the faculty of the Islamic Azad University and the author of the books "The Legitimacy of Oil Sanctions in the Balance of International Law (Focusing on US Oil Sanctions against Iran)"; "Iran's nuclear case is from process to nature with a focus on international law" and "the names of glory." He has also published many scientific articles in prestigious journals. He is currently a member of the editorial board of the International Research Quarterly.

Scientific Biography:
Dr. Fatemeh Kayhanlou, Ph.D. in International Law from The University of Tehran, is a faculty member of Islamic Azad University of Karaj. He is the author of "Asylum, Theories and Procedures" and an interpreter of the International Human Rights Rules book by Roanoke M. Smith. He has many articles on asylum, human rights and international humanitarian law. He is a member of the editorial board of the Quarterly Journal of International Research.

Scientific Biography:
Dr. Saeed Abbasi is a PhD in International Law from Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran. He has completed the above course in general international law of the Hague-Netherlands Academy, in the summer of 2016, with a scholarship from the Academy, and is a faculty member of Islamic Azad University of Iran. He was a member of the International Board of Written Round Evaluation (BILLS) of the ICC International Court of The Hague- Netherlands in 2018 and the first team coach of the Moat Court Memorial Henri Donan tournament between all universities of Iran in 2018 and qualifying for the South Asian regional round. He is the author of the book "The International Tax System" and has many articles on international taxes and international humanitarian law and law of the sea. He is currently a member of the editorial board of the Quarterly Journal of International Research.

Scientific Biography:
Dr. Farzaneh Sarir, PhD in International Law, is a faculty member of Islamic Azad University. She is active in the field of human rights and is a member of the General Law Group of the International Association of Muslim Professors of Iranian Universities. She is the author of the book "The Examinations of The Judiciary's Advisors" and has numerous articles on the environment, human rights and oil and gas rights.
