در راستای تهدید یکی از مقامات ارشد وزارت خارجه ایالات متحده آمریکا مبنی بر «واشنگتن در حال تصمیم‌گیری است و برای جهانی که در آن بازگشتی به توافق هسته‌ای ایران وجود ندارد آماده می‌شود»؛ پاسخ این سه پرسش از تمامی حقوقدانان حوزه بین الملل جهانی و دبیر کل محترم سازمان ملل متحد مورد استدعا است.
